I’m in Southern California. On Marriott’s career page, there’s a position for Guest Experience Specialist for a Residence Inn and pay is $21/hour. In the same city, there’s a position for Guest Service Representative at Marriott and pay is $29/hour. Both of these positions seem to be for front desk. Why is there such a difference in pay?
