Hello, I was invited to the MEXT written exams, and the email says I will take Mathematics A. I checked the official past paper, and it says: “Answer the following questions in the corresponding boxes on the answer sheet.” The questions have boxes like [1-1], [1-2], etc.

Does this mean the Math A exam is fill-in-the-answer, where we write the final number/expression in the boxes, or are there multiple-choice options somewhere on the actual answer sheet?

Hello, so ive had a decaying tooth for about 5 years now, i couldnt get it fixed because of financial issues. During this time, the part that decayed was the tooth inside, the edges were fine but i can basically go inside the tooth with my tongue and touch the gum there, except for the front and back where there still is a tooth. It DOES NOT hurt or cause me anything. Today the front edge broke and its like half broken half tooth and im not sure what exactly to do or if this is dangerous or should i just let it fall, and if i do will the tooth next to it just... move there and replace that? The tooth im talking about is the first molar, and i havent gotten my wisdom tooth yet(the right side of my mouth wisdom teeth have started coming up but doesnt hurt or anything, but the left side not yet). So yeah im not sure what to do i would really appreciate it if a dentist could guide me with this, if i do have to go to a dentist to check it out just incase of an infection or anything. As i mentioned it earlier, i dont feel pain or anything, its not swollen, nothing has occurred except for the decay. Thank you.
