Has anyone come across this type of problem before? The cistern fills as normal, but is weeping constantly into the bowl. I’ve replaced the washer on the bottom of the syphon and this stopped the issue for a while but it’s now back as bad as ever. Syphon is an Armitage Shanks type.

We have a Gen 2 Ring doorbell, it’s wired in to the existing doorbell setup with a mechanical chime in our house, and until recently was working fine.
I recently had to turn off a breaker to allow me to replace a light fitting (same one the doorbell is fed from) and when I turned back on the breaker, I noticed a loud humming from our chime.
My question is: do I need to get the v2 or v3 pro power kit to suppress the feedback to the chime and if so, are these compatible with my Ring?

Would anyone recommend a good lasting wood stain for these gates? They’ve a black stain on them, id like to keep the same colour. Not sure what brand/type to get.
