what do you fix manually after syncing Ramp to accounting software

since this is the Ramp subreddit i wanted to ask anyone that uses Ramp with QuickBooks, NetSuite or another accounting system how much cleanup is left once everything syncs? Mainly checking categories and departments or are you still going back to employees to figure out what a purchase was for?

just wanted to know what have you managed to solve through setup changes versus what still needs someone looking at it every month.

Bookkeepers can't scale because of close

I have been thinking about this a lot.

When I talked to solo bookkeepers the I got the same answer where 12 to 20 clients fully booked can't take on more and everyone says it’s the client volume but I don't buy it anymore.

Dailies are fine and so is the coding. I think it's the 10 to 14 day stretch at month end where everything compresses and nothing can wait which is also where capacity dies so in my mind taking on more clients past that stretches close longer and burns you out faster. Does it get easier and faster with experience and time I mean closing in days instead of weeks while keeping the same client count or growing it. Or do you have to find an easier way?
