I bought some white Nike Baseball Pants from Dicks online because I wanted to change up my style of pants this year. My adult league season started less than a week ago and I had my 2nd game last night. I was playing 2nd base and there was a soft pop up about to fall so I slid and caught it. I slid kinda hard and ripped a hole in the knee of my pants. Considering I just got them and wore them twice if I call Dicks customer service is there anyway I can get a refund, store credit or money for a replacement pair? I have another pair of the same pants with different color piping because I’m on 2 teams with completely different colors and I’m now nervous those have the same chance of ripping in a similar way. I bought multiple of the same pants 3 years ago and wore all of them for 3 seasons and this never happened with any of them. I’m attaching a video of the play and a picture of the pants.
