Is this the hardest hiking trail in kathmandu ?

Just completed the Dhap Dam hike and honestly, I think it’s one of the hardest day hikes in Kathmandu. It’s longer than most people expect with plenty of elevation changes that really add up over the day. By the time I reached the dam, my legs were feeling it more than other trails. The views and peaceful atmosphere made it worth the effort though. Definitely recommended if you want a real challenge instead of a casual walk

I need serious guide guys

I was cutting, but I stopped because I felt like I didn’t have enough muscle and would just end up looking skinny chapri. Should I keep cutting or start bulking? I’m scared of bulking too, I tend to gain fat much faster than muscle and every time I try to do a lean bulk, I end up failing. I love working out and have been training for 2 years but i m still not confident about my physique. Is my diet at fault?

Got that Dad bod

I want to lean down to 10-13% body fat so that i can do lean bulk afterward. My diet is good and i burn good calories, 500-800 calories a day. Any suggestion? Or do i not lean at all cause of less muscle i have?
