Is my bf wrong or should I just trust him?

Ok so me and my bf want a third gf but he’s looking for them by himself instead of looking together I see couples all the time on these dating apps looking for a third gf when I try to bring this to his attention he told me I have no experience in getting girls and that he not about to do what the couples do on the dating apps. He’s trying to get a girl to fall for him and once she falls for him then he can tell her how to act with me. And another thing is he’s not telling these girls that he has a gf on the first day even if they are bisexual cause he doesn’t want them to cut him off. Idk what it is tbh

Partner expects transparency from me while he hides our relationship status from the women he dates. Is this a dealbreaker?

Me and my boyfriend were looking for a third girlfriend, but the way he’s going about it is something I don’t agree with. He presents himself as single on his dating apps, but when I use them, he insists that I include him in my bio by stating that I’m in a relationship with a man and we’re looking for a third. When he talks to women, he doesn't tell them right off the bat that he has a girlfriend and that we are looking for a third. I truly believe he should let them know when he first meets them so he can avoid unnecessary conflict.
The reality is that he’s holding me to a completely different set of rules than the ones he follows himself. He insists on being involved in every conversation and date I have, but he refuses to be transparent about our status, often building rapport under false pretenses. He waits until the women are emotionally invested before dropping the truth, which naturally leads to them feeling tricked or catfished. This creates constant drama that I’m forced to deal with, even though I have nothing to do with how he handles his side of things.
It feels like he is using our shared goal as a cover to act single and date whoever he wants, while using me as a "prop" to legitimize his behavior. Recently, he started pursuing someone I have no interest in, and it’s clear he’s just dating for himself.
I be seeing couples on these dating apps looking for a third gf and they doing it together. Because of this, I’ve started managing my own dating profile independently without his pictures or input. I’m tired of the double standards, and the way he treats potential partners as disposable. I need to know if this is a fixable issue or if these are major red flags that suggest we have fundamentally different values regarding honesty and ethics.
