Glasses

Hey guys. I am going to be getting glasses here and I am curious how difficult it is to keep them clean spraying. I spend at least an hour or 2 in a booth a day. I dont usually use a full face respirator but I am considering one. I just started cabinet spraying full time like 3 months ago. Anyone have experience with those and wearing glasses? Any reccomendations on style of glasses or anything? I am going to get an everyday pair and a pair for work. Am I overthinking it and just wiping them down when I get out of the booth is fine?

Bruh...periods have always cause me so much dysphoria. I essentially ignored that I got them. Cramping and mood swings and all the everything. It's not happening to me. I don't get periods I'd think while actively having a horrible period. I got my T dialed in last fall and haven't had one in months now. Boy oh boy is it great. My mood is better. I don't have debilitating cramps a couple days of the month. It's just so so so much better. I kind of took it for granted because I always just disassociated and tried to ignore it. I was listening to a podcast and these girls were talking about PMSing and I realized what a difference it has actually made to me. Taking that off my plate has been a weight I didn't realize. Since it's something I never really talked to anyone about I don't feel like anyone in my life gets it but I just wanted to share that with folks who get it. Yay! T IS GREAT!!!
