Moving to catchment area of both Peterculter Medical Practice and Camphill Medical Practice. Does anyone have any experiences to share?

Worried when reading some of the other posts about GP practices atm!

On the back of my previous post asking about how do we work with the increasingly high referrals for children’s distress where’s there lots of comments about role of parents. I’m wondering how do those who work in CAMHS manage and deal with this? Or do you feel complicit in the problem of over diagnosis?
