I am a verified Binance P2P merchant. I sold USDT through Binance P2P, received payment via UPI, and released the crypto only after receiving the payment.
A few weeks later, my bank placed a lien on my account because the buyer allegedly filed (or was linked to) a cybercrime complaint. I have all the evidence, including:
Binance P2P order details
Transaction records
Bank statement
UPI payment proof
Google Pay records
Cyber complaint details shared by the bank
I acted in good faith and had no knowledge that the funds could be disputed later.
I’m looking for:
An experienced lawyer who has successfully handled bank lien/freeze cases.
Someone familiar with Binance P2P / crypto-related disputes.
