Last Saturday, at the farmers market, this little guy landed on the taco truck. I will bring him tomorrow if anyone is missing him.

Too busy to eat tacos while working at the market so came home and I found the ingredients in the fridge. Toasted dog bun, sliced turkey and pepperoni. Sliced little pickles, Colby Jack, farmers John cheese, salt, pepper, garlic, and another spice I forget. First one I made was cold. And pan fried the meat/cheese on the second one. And I also learned my cats Einstein and Albert don’t like turkey or pep.
