There's so much dislike for Yuri Manga in the subreddit I literally don't understand why that's the case like it's lesbian fiction? And please do not comment oh it's because it's overly sexual because I've literally asked for spicy novels in this subreddit I have gotten way way more spicy scenes in actual lesbian novels than I have in lesbian manga.

Also I feel like I'm missing out on some Yuri Manga that I don't know about and I read a ton of it so I would like to hear from the people in subreddit who do read Yuri to actually give some recommendations.

Also to have a discussion of why so much toxicity towards yuri manga along with light novels etc is it because it's just anime? Or is there some deeper reason? Because like a lot of people are projecting that Yuri is misogynistic because it's written by men which is not true because of vast amount of it is written by women for women etc the big is yuri manga magazine Yuri hime has a majority author-based of real life lesbians along with a majority female reader base etc so yeah I just don't get it is there something I don't know about please tell me

I would like to read more light novels that are like fantasy romance or just plain romance and I would like them to be with the themes of like a shoujo Manga I don't know what you would call something like that in a light novel format etc.

But yeah if y'all can name some titles and drop them I'd like to check them out

I would like to know what the best lesbian books that come out so far this year, the reason I'm asking this is I feel like I keep reading older lesbian novels and not newer stuff and I would like to read a little bit of new stuff this year
