i‘m a bc student for context

so i got into rotman at uoft and when i applied all my grades were mid 90s but a family situation cams up around term 2 and basically I bombed a lot of my courses. My top 6 average is still like a high 80 low 90 but my AP Calc mark is a 67…. My calc 12 mark is 92 tho…. Will this affect my offer??

Declining Res as a First Year PLEASE HELP

Hi I am an incoming Rotman freshmen who got assigned to Chestnut. It was like my 3rd or 4th choice and i don’t really want to go there esp after all the stuff ppl said abt elevators, not a good vibe, horror stories etc.
unfortunately for me my only choice left is to decline or accept. I think I’m going to decline and try to find a better place to rent but still apply through the General App to be on a waitlist or whatever. Does anyone have experience getting housing/applying through the UTSG General Residence App? PLEASE HELP!! THANKS

How likely is it to get an offer of Residence if I decline my current offer and apply through the General App

Chestnut Res for Rotman

Hey so I‘m an incoming Rotman freshmen and just got accepted to Chestnut Residence

It was my third choice iirc because its far from campus, has mostly eng kids and i heard that its not the campus if i want the traditional uni experience

I have until June to accept, but need some advice: should I just accept? Or should I decline and apply again on the St. George General Residence App.

Would this still mean i’m still guaranteed res for my first year if I decline? Also if anyone has had a similar experience please drop any methods yall used!! Oh and if you guys have better res recs for Rotman kids pls drop too

Any and all advice is appreciated thanks!!
