URGENT! NEED HELP

For context, i took out the piercing about 2 months ago because it was rejecting. today, i was feeling minor dicomfort on the scar, and i was just about to take a shower and i barely squeezed it just to make sure it wasnt infected and it exploded.

P.S I cant seek medical care at this time.

As the title says, i always ruin friendships. its always because of some obnoxious shit i say. i dont understand why i do it. i always think i have a close friend then say something that fucks it up. just today i asked someone i thought was close a personal question then her bf started txting me with her phone and i think i ruined our friendship.
