I sent someone $170 thru Apple Pay to receive a motorcycle part and never got it and they no longer will reply about anything.

Is there a way to try and get the money back through Apple or will my bank possibly be able to?

I’m looking for a flywheel for my 02 r1 since mine has heat expanded badly but they’ve been discontinued. I can’t find any online even on eBay so I’m wondering if anyone has one they’d be willing to part with?
