Needless to say, had an absolute blast. Took me a minute to get comfortable and definitely not there yet with the electronics and different lines, but got down to a 1:50.7 at HPR which was a season goal for me, nice start then!

Pictures on left is my impeller shaft with new rubber damper holder h/w manual indicates there’s a rubber amber needed in the center, though, partzilla doesn’t list the rubber damper on their exploded diagram of water pump

Where do I find the rubber damper online or should I just make one? Maybe silicon sealant to act like the rubber that goes there or makeshift one?

It's been sitting in the garage for the past few months. Finally got around to a little light maintenance and a wash. Excited to get back to riding tomorrow!

Why is this smoking even though it's off of the carburetors. What could this be from? The temperature outside is 70°F. The bike temperature is 165°F

2012 R1. Power 6s, rear tire, how many miles left you think I can safely get out of this? I usually don’t ever ride in the rain and I’m in cali so it’s unlikely I’ll get caught in the rain by surprise.

I wish I could load another pic here because the middle profile of the tire is flat af. It used to be nice and round when I only weekend rode in the canyons but I started commuting on this tire, by circumstance, and the middle just flattened out real quick. Now I don’t have to commute with it but I like to take it to work at least once a week (110mi round trip per day). Debating on power 6s or road 6s next. I still like to go in the canyons on the weekends sometimes but I don’t wanna really corner hard on a road 6. But I don’t wanna waste another power 6 commuting. Opinions on spirited riding on a road 6?

I was curious if anyone knew how to install the top dowel pin under the oil pump cover. There's another hole it's supposed to go into and I'm not having any luck lining it up. The cover was damaged in an accident and the pin came out with the cover. I've been struggling to find any clear answer online. Any information would be appreciated, thanks!

Hi all...currently getting my R1 tidied up and have hit a hurdle with tracking down a part that needs replacing. I have circled the part in the photo - missing the one on the left.

My question is;

Does anyone know what it is called? I am having trouble looking for one because I dont really know what it is? And would anyone know where I might find one or who i can order one from (or a set if need be)?
