Yamaha r1 seat

Does anyone have any idea where I can get a seat like this or something similar? Apparently it lowers the seat hight by 10mm. That little bit would allow me to flat foot the bike. I searched online but all I could find are these seats for 2015 and above. I have a 2012. Was wondering if anyone knew where I can get one or maybe get a custom one made.
The only other thing I can think of is buying a used factory seat on eBay or something and trying to rework that one by taking off the foam and using something else. That just seems like a ton of work. I’d rather just buy one if it’s available.
I’d appreciate any advice. Thank you

Wasn’t planning on getting this when I walked into my local bike shop but I’m glad I did. This thing looking clean!

Y-Pipe Fitment

Hi, I have a 2012 Yamaha r1. I just got my Toce exhaust (Y-pipe and T-slash slip-ons) in the mail and I'm trying to hang it. Trying to get the Y-Pipe on the header but it's so tight. I tried putting some engine oil as lubricant to try and get it on. I tried some light sanding of the inside inlet of the Toce Y-Pipe. There is no dirt or grime on the anywhere. it goes in about an inch but doesn't fully seat. For anyone who's done this before is this normal?? I tried calling Toce all day today to try and get some help. Nobody is picking up the phone there. I tried emailing, but nobody has responded yet. I'm just not sure if I should get a rubber mallet and try to tap it in or maybe use a heat gun to try and expand the inlet a little bit. Anyone out here with experience doing this??

Suzuki Padded Jacket

What do you guys think? Is this thing still ok to wear? Bought it brand new about 15 years ago and never used it. Just started riding again and this thing feels heavy duty, and I like how it feels but some of the new leather ones I see online look really clean. Should I get a new one?

Thinking about doing my first USPSA competition

So, I've been thinking about doing a match for a long time. I'm just a little nervous about getting disqualified for not knowing all the rules. is there anything special I should know or should I just go and some will be there to help a beginner?
