I’m a 28yo female and I’ve always felt like I struggled to make my 4c natural hair look good. I got a hair cut for a fresh start but now I feel like I’m in this awkward stage where I don’t know what to do with it. I just washed my hair, put in a leave in conditioner, and some hair oil.

I don’t want to say my hair is ‘ugly’ but I’m just not finding myself attractive with this.

I’ve done finger coils but today I just didn’t have enough time, and I’m looking for new recommendations.

Have you big chopped your hair? What did you do to feel more confident? Are there any products or things you did that helped? Do you think my cut looks bad? Is my hair ugly??
