I was using verilux 4 in one pendrive on my apple 12 but now when i have switched to ioh 16 it has stopped working like it is not at all detecable on my phone and not working even on the laptop . The photos after opening on laptop are distortedly greyish . Help if u can plz

I talk to support they said i need an iph working on ios 18 to get my data back out of the pendrive as it worked only in ios 18 and not in further ios updates

I reside in dwarka delhi!
