So my parents have been in a relationship for 20 years and i never thought that my mom would cheat or do anything but this morning i woke up to my dad saying
“Who the fuck is _?” And he got progressively louder until he was screaming. The argued for about 20 minutes and my mom was crying and I was really scared because my dad gets really loud and sometimes has been really aggressive. Now my dads left for a drive and my moms getting ready to leave,I’m gonna be left alone for a few hours but I don’t know what to do because my mom had kids and a partner (my dad) and now everything has just been flipped upside down. I forgot to add that my dad struggles with his mental health so my mom said how hard it’s been these past few months and I’m hella conflicted right now. I just spoke to my mom and she cried but left immediately.

So when I was younger I was groomed and would send nudes to ppl not even knowing their age,I have a girlfriend who I was dating at the time and now,ik we were just teenagers so it’s not serious but I need to take accountability for cheating and sending the nudes to older ppl when im dating someone,I didn’t really have a choice in sending them cuz they’d spam me but I shouldn’t have spoken to them at all. Sorry for posting 2 times in the same day but I’ve been thinking about stuff-I wanna know if there’s any way to explain it to my gf and also deal with the guilt and take accountability?
