My holes are kinda but holey atm, am at a 20mm and haven't sized up in 6 months + but starting to get itchy and seem thinner at the bottom, pic of my naked holes and with plugs in

Had locks previously for 6 years and have just started again two weeks ago, had a friend do them and they're sectiond terribly any advice on how to get them to look better and lock up properly?
