I am confused. Buyer didn't collect item.
Hi, I sold a bra on Vinted (never worn). Sent it on time, it went to some inpost locker in their area and buyer didn't collect. I got multiple emails doing the 'countdown' to collect and then the email saying they've missed it. It gets sent back to me. No messages from the buyer. I'm annoyed, but oh well maybe she didn't want it in the end. It was only £2
Then I get this message over a month later saying that she didn't even receive the item and has not had a refund. I'm confused, I have all the emails saying the item has been delivered and on Vinted, at the time, it said I've sent it-from my end anyway. I don't have her money, I was never paid for this. She wants me to raise it with Vinted but it looks from my end like she just didn't collect the item. I don't know what else I can actually do as Vinted have cancelled this transaction. Never had this happen before.
