My ball python is a bit over 19 months old. I feed him roughly every 2-3 weeks a small rat and i think his body size is healthy but I want other opinions on his width.

I got my labret pierced about 7 weeks ago and im noticing a gross smell every time I stick out the bar. I got ir downsized a week ago and it has been a bit irritated since then, but not overly painful or swollen. I wash it with unscented soap and rinse with saline spray, but the smell keeps coming back. Any advice?
