navel piercing from september 2025 looks like it might be rejecting?
the first photo is from about a month ago, where it then developed into second photo (today). the middle of the piercing leaks milky yellowish white fluid, but no pain or inflammation. is this rejecting? should i take it out?

My 2013 320i xdrive just showed a drivetrain malfunction, and threw these codes:
130F20: Exhaust camshaft: angular offset to crankshaft outside tolerance
120408: Boost pressure control: shutdown as a follow-up reaction
130E20: Inlet camshaft: angular offset to crankshaft outside tolerance
I’m assuming these all have to do with the timing chain but i have nowhere close to the expertise to fix it myself :(
it currently has pretty high mileage (~180k km)
other than that everything is fine.
Would it be worth it to fix? Or should i just sell it?
