what advice can you give to a 1st yr computer engineering student (incoming 2nd yr)

Hello po! Goal ko talaga is to work and/or live abroad after graduating in college. I would appreciate any advice you can give as someone na undecided pa talaga with my career path 🥹💔

For background, I'm a state university 1st year student here in Manila studying Computer Engineering. Honestly since nag-start 2nd semester namin, I'm hesitant if I should still pursue it. If ever na I decided to pursue it, I'm planning to take Big Data as my specialization in 3rd-4th year and become a Data Analyst after then thinking of becoming a Financial Analyst (?). Is this still a good choice po kaya? Any advice?

A lot of people are telling me to become a software engineer and do backend developing since mataas daw sweldo kaso after experiencing my programming subjects, I realized na wala akong passion/talino for heavy coding (?)

Struggling din ako with Calculus, Physics, and Chem subjects ko this sem since hindi ako STEM nung SHS 🥲

I think I am more into management and some people are telling me that I'm good in public speaking kaya okay lang din po sakin yung roles related to communication. I'm actually interested in Quality Assurance and somewhat in finance too pero I'm not really sure if good path bang i-take ang QA since I'm not really familiar.

I came from a family of teachers. My mom's a Science and research teacher. So I have lots of experience kapag nagg-grade at check ng activities of her students 😭 She's not that techy either so most of the time ako nagawa ng PPTs, Word files and even report cards ng students niya in Excel (yung Mailing). Of course, countless printing of hardcopies ng activities and test papers... 🥲💔 I've been doing these since Grade 5.

Her siblings (which is mga tito and tita ko) are teachers too. I was thinking na if ever undecided talaga ako with career related to Comp Eng, I'll just take educ units and become a teacher nalang din (I'm familiar with educ kaso I'm not really good with kids kaya I didn't choose it as my undergrad degree) since wala po talaga akong relatives that I could ask in anything related to tech 😔

My dad used to be an IT kaso he passed away already.

+ I read a lot here na nursing yung sinu-suggest to work abroad kaso I'm not really good in Science.

++ I'm currently regretting na CpE pinursue ko instead of ComSci or IT since struggling ako with STEM subjects right now pero hopefully makapasa huhu

What's the best option po kaya so I could work abroad? Any advice you can give po kaya to someone really confused and undecided to her career path? Any suggestions to what career/roles should I pursue based on my strengths and weaknesses? I tried searching po pero aside from Data Analyst or QA, wala akong masyadong mahanap 😭
