I applied for a position on June 30th. Had my initial interview with a recruiter on July 9fh, and then a second Interview in person on July 27th. Hiring manager told me they were still interviewing, but at this point I’ve kind of already accepted that I didn’t get the position. The status on the online portal has been stuck on “Additional interview in progress; under review” that was updated when I received the invitation for a second interview and then it was updated again this morning. Just going by the updated date next to the status. Anyone know if the updated date means anything? I have not received anything from them yet. I’ve reached out to recruiter and hiring manager but was no response as of now. Thank you!

Good Morning! I received an offer to interview for a position within my local Genoa clinic. Just looking for some insight on how interviews are handled. My understanding I interview with a recruiter first then potentially with a local manager? Is this accurate. Also, just looking for guidance on how to answer the pay expectation question?

I called HR on this, but honestly wasn’t really helpful. Basically wanting to know how other stores handle letting people go early. We had a couple of days last week where it was kind of slow and honestly just felt like we had too many people in the pharmacy. My thought was to let someone go early, if they wanted, and maybe just add the time to another day of the week for them. BUT I didn’t want them to get in trouble point wise for leaving early.

Now my question is this can they can in trouble if we allow them to leave early? If they leave early do we adjust the schedule for adherence?
