Hey Coffee Lovers, i recently bought Delonghi EC685, but i am getting very weak shots when making an iced latte. Idk what part am i doing wrong, but i take 15g of coffee beans (tried both arabica and robusta) and i take out 2 single shots out of it (machine is set as default hot temperature). It extracts a lot of crema in my espresso shot, but when i mix it with a lot of ice and 1/4th amount of milk, it becomes so weak like i am drinking milk. Whyyy? Am i doing something incorrectly or this machine is not capable enough?

Im doing all the steps correctly by grinding it manually, using stirrer pin, pressing it firmly, etc.
