Random unplanned disconnects not being reimbursed is BS

My own faults I can stomach - I died dozens of times to my own stupidity, got back up every time.

But if the game disconnects randomly, doesn't let me back in for 2 minutes, and then a GM refuses to do any kind of investigation and just closes the ticket without a window to appeal, that's bullshit.
Fix your god damn net code, FC, because this shit disconnects every time someone coughs 3 zip codes away.

Fuck that, fuck eve, I quit.
No, you can't have my stuff - even though I played this game for almost a decade - let it rot.

I'm 185 (6'2" I guess?) cm-tall guy, 110 kilo (Easter bunny was generous)

I used to sit in Ikea Markus for 3 years, no back pain.

Now I switched to the Libernovo Omni and I just can't fit the right fit.

I watched some reviews that recommended keeping the lumbar at minimum, but I feel like it makes me sit like a shrimp. Also the top of the chair rubs on my shoulder blades, so I have to protrude the lumbar at least a little, as you can see on the pic.

I try to sit as back as I can, but it doesn't help.

I've got the footrest, but I stopped using it because my desk is low and it makes me slide away from my desk, and keeps my whole legs tense in order to not slide away.

I followed the tutorials on how to assume a correct posture, keeping my elbows straight, knees straight, and all that, but the back keeps hurting.

Please help, I really don't want to return it as I really like it otherwise.
