I recently bought a full Moto set of the Malle London Expedition luggage, and I'm at a loss at how to install the mounting module to the tank without removing the tank (which seems really counter productive) or how to install the Duffel. The mounting straps don't really seem to line up well compared to how the g-hooks are aligned on the duffel and I don't want to install the module in a way that prevents using the gas cap or leaves the module on longer than it needs to as it might rub against the paint.

Does anyone have these and have a suggestion? What am I missing?
