Let's say what we call prayer works as mental energy manifesting reality. Large groups focused on a topic or minds being led to bring forth a reality.

Could reality be manifested through mass media accesing many minds with a suggested topic or idea?

For example,

A great number of people watch a popular film or read a popular book.

All of those minds are processing the material and getting suggestions on what to spend thought energy on.

The though energy manifests a new reality through the collective observation.
