I'm curious if this happens to other dashers. because it's been happening to me for over a year. If I deliver to a customer and the pin on the map is in the wrong place so I have to adjust my delivery to where they actually want their food delivered, and then it so happens that that customer is required to give me a PIN number at drop off....then when I go to complete the order it won't let me. The app just freezes. I have to contact support which we all know is a big PITA to get through to a human....just wondering if this happens to other dashers and why DD doesn't fix their app so this doesn't keep happening...??

Got an order when I was on EBT. After arriving at the store I was able to see customer's address and name and realized it was someone I drove a long way to for a previous order and they didn't tip. I texted her and told her I remembered her and that she didn't tip and that I would lose money if I delivered her order. I stated nicely that I just need to know in advance if I won't be getting a tip so I can make an intelligent decision regarding if I should make the long drive or not. She texted back and told me to forget it. She would find another driver. Satisfaction level on my part? VERY very high.

Does anyone know if it's possible for the customer to update the pin location in the DD app AFTER they've submitted their order so that we can relax knowing the pin is correct?

I often want to ask them if it's correct and if it isn't I want them to update it but don't know if they can. (I never order DD myself)

I'm switching to pine pellets for cat litter. I know the urine turns the pellets to dust, but what happens to the poo? Does that turn to dust too? Seems like a dumb question but someone on an expired post seemed to indicate both urine and poo turn to dust. thx in advance.

Dashers, what is the strangest order you ever picked up?

What do you do when the pin on map doesn't bring you to the correct apartment building (no where near it) and it's dark out and the buildings are marked with teeny-tiny letters you can't see from your car and the customer trys to "help" by sending a photo of a map with no north/south indications, no street names etc?
