Why am I getting sick so much this year?

I’ve been sick 8 times this year. Normally I get sick twice, once in the summer and once in the winter. This year has been a nightmare.

I got sick 7 times from January - April, to the point where it felt like I was sick the entire 4 months.

Now I am sick again. Fever, body aches, coughing.

Moreover, I never get just a cold. It’s full-blown flu or something else. Completely debilitating.

I have no kids. I started a new job this year which I though could add some stress. But at this point the stress has normalized from the job, and here I am sick again.

I feel like it’s impacting my life and my relationship.

H1B extension being submitted . Can I travel?

I have travel plans coming up to see family, but lawyers are saying that travel may trigger a $100K fee.

My current H1B is valid until September 30.

Am I able to travel?
