I make around $500/week running music lyric pages

Not gonna lie, I kinda stumbled into this by accident lol.

I started posting lyric videos on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts because I noticed music content gets pushed pretty hard if you post consistently.

At first I was editing everything manually and it got annoying fast. Making enough content every day was the hardest part.

Now I’m using TrackPush.app for most of it.

I upload songs, backgrounds/clips, generate a bunch of videos, then post them across different pages/platforms. Makes it way easier to keep posting without spending all day editing.

The thing that surprised me is you really do not need crazy viral views.

A bunch of videos getting a few hundred or few thousand views adds up way faster than I expected when you are posting consistently every day.

Right now between promos, affiliate stuff, artist submissions, and growing the pages themselves, it is making me around $500/week.

Honestly one of the better side hustles I have tried because once the workflow is set up, it mostly becomes consistency and volume.

How much should my boyfriend benefit from my AirBnb income when I sleep at his place when guests are here ?

I (30F) am starting hosting on AirBnb. I will be staying at my boyfriend's (33M) place when guests are here. In order to make it fair, I suggested I put some of the income into a joint account we have on Revolut, which we currently never fill nor use. To which he immediately suggested I put 50% of what I earn for AirBnb into the joint account, which would make him have 25% in the end since we would both use the account. Does that seem fair ? I feel kinda weird about it.
Thanks for your insights

Sole earner struggling with credit card + microloan debt after medical emergency, need legal advice

Past few years I’ve been struggling with repayment of loans that were originally taken for medical bills in 2021. My father had no health insurance despite me asking him multiple times to get one, and during the emergency I ended up using my credit card and micro-loan apps like Cred and Lazypay to cover hospital payments as well as household expenses.

The amounts were:

  • Credit Card: INR 93,000
  • Cred: INR 32,000
  • Lazypay: INR 28,000

Total: INR 1.57 lakh

At the time I was freelancing as a 3D artist, and I’ve continued trying to survive through freelance work since I still haven’t been able to secure a stable full-time job. Initially I managed to keep the accounts alive by repaying portions and then reusing the available credit for household expenses, bills, and essentials. Eventually my income dropped to a point where I couldn’t even maintain the minimum cycle and I defaulted.

At the same time, there has been an ongoing attempt to sell my grandfather’s house so I could clear all dues properly in one go, but the sale has been delayed due to unresolved property-related issues.

After my grandfather passed away, I also had to relocate to his house to cut down on rent and living costs. Right now I’m the sole earning member of the household and I genuinely do not have assets or immediate funds that can cover the full amount in one shot.

Yesterday, the credit card company contacted me and indicated they had tracked down my current address and said a collection agent may visit within a week if payment isn’t made. I neither confirmed nor denied the address at the time.

I’m not refusing to pay and I’m not trying to run away from the debt. I simply do not have the ability to clear the full amount immediately. I’ve tried asking for support and repayment flexibility, but they are insisting on full settlement instead of partial payments.

At this point I’m honestly trying to understand what options I still have left and how to handle this situation properly without things escalating further.

Therapist desperate

Im a therapist for disabled children who fell ill last year from mental health and suicidal ideations and stopped taking care of herself and fell behind on bills. Cant pay rent but have a stable job and getting threatened by landlord . Cant provide therapy without having major meltdowns from worrying about bills because I cant focus. I have tried everything with landlord and he wont help me . He doesnt care. I owe $4000. To me thats impossible. What do I do. Credit is bad. Everything sucks. I only live for helping others. I never get help not even from my family. This world is severely cruel even when it starts getting better. I am trying my hardest to show up but also my friend was murdered in January and his bf came to hide in my apartment. Guess what, the landlord didnt care he said sorry. Its literally destroyed me. I just want to pay him slowly or just have stability. I am literally goinf nuts

18 yr old - what should I do?

I’m currently in final year of high school and working as a delivery driver for dominos for around 9 hrs per week and pulling in around 200-250 a week from it. I’m very keen for exploration and expanding into a bigger income stream but am unsure on the best ways to do it. I’m saving up at the moment and am considering doing long term investments for my future but other than that I don’t really know what I should be doing. Should I just thug out the best 9-5 I can with good money? Or are there other ways in which I can get money at this age?

How do I make money at 18?

My FYP is filled with how I can make money at 18 but whenever I click on it it's all about those trading stuffs where you invest first and then have no guarantee on getting your money back, let alone make more money. I've been searching for students to tutor as well but not getting any nearby my location. I see some ppl earning at my age by tutoring or something else and I wanna do it too so I don't have to beg my parents for pocket money. Any advice ppl?

How do I get back the money my friend owes me

I m 16. Me and my friend went on a trip where he didn't bring any money. We had an understanding that he would return the money afterwards. But now he is only stalling it.

Now, After the trip some of his stuff (phone charger, empty wallet) has been left with me. Should I use this as a leverage to get back my money?

Basically, Money first, Stuff later....

But now he has slowly started spreading a bad word about me in his friend circles.... I know if I give back his stuff without the money first then he would keep stalling it forever.

I don't own the money... It's my parents who do.

My parents asked me to not make a big deal of it and just leave it.

I have also tried to stall from my end saying that I m not in home so come later to pick up stuff

I made $0-$10k while homeless and filmed it

A few months ago I was broke, homeless, sleeping in public places, carrying my life in a backpack, and trying to figure out how not to completely spiral.

Instead of hiding it, I started Documenting it.

”Brian czub" YouTube

Not fake “homeless for content.” Actual sleeping outside, showering at gyms when I could, charging my phone wherever possible, trying to trade, make content, learn marketing, and survive day by day.

I started documenting the process of going from literally $0 toward $10k using content creation, trading, online marketing, and whatever opportunities I could create with a phone and internet connection.

A lot of people online fake the grind after they already made it. I’m filming it before the outcome is guaranteed.

Some days I make money. Some days I lose. Some videos flop. Some get traction. But the interesting part is seeing what actually happens in real time without pretending everything is motivational 24/7. this is not an ad.

Be gentle..

I am in need of some sound financial advice. I take care of all of the finances in my marriage and honestly it feels overwhelming sometimes. Just within the last year, my husband and I have finally started making real headway financially after I was a stay at home mom for 8 years. Between the two of us, we bring in around $220k per year and have two children under the age of 10.

Right now we have about $15k in savings, a little in retirement, and around $5k in credit card debt. My husband doesn’t really stress about finances but I stay up at night worrying about whether we are doing enough or making the right decisions for our future. I mean, clearly not and I worry we are doomed.

I want to do a better job with saving, investing, retirement planning and just getting us financially organized overall. I feel like we make enough money that we could be in a better position, but I don’t really know where to begin or what steps to prioritize first.

If you were starting from here, what would you focus on first? Paying off debt? Building a bigger emergency fund? Investing? Retirement? Meeting with a financial advisor?

Any advice, resources, or personal experiences would be really appreciated.

Crypto or Cash — What Would You Do?

I'm 20 years old trying to figure out the smartest move with my money right now, and I genuinely don't know which direction to go.

Here's my situation: I currently have about $3,000 invested in crypto and I'm already down nearly $1,000 just from Solana alone. On top of that, I've got around $5,000 sitting in cash. So all together I'm working with roughly $8,000, and I'm at a crossroads.

Part of me wants to go all in — either double down on crypto or throw everything into the stock market and let it ride. But then the other part of me thinks, is that just gambling at that point? I'm 20, I don't have a ton of financial cushion, and one bad move could set me back in a real way.

Cash feels safe. It's always there, it doesn't drop 30% overnight, and there's something genuinely comforting about knowing exactly what you have. But at the same time, I know cash sitting still is slowly losing value to inflation, so that's not really a "do nothing" option either.

I'm not trying to get rich overnight — I just want to be smart about this while I'm young and actually have time on my side. Do I cut my losses in crypto and move on? Hold and hope Solana recovers? Diversify into index funds? Keep a cash safety net and invest the rest?

I'd really appreciate some real perspectives from people who've been in a similar spot. What would you do?

Advice on capitalizing on $100k salary

Nice to meet everyone here. I manage a few engineering teams remotely, in this last year I've set up some systems in our department and trained a second in command to the point where I have a lot of free time.

I am getting $100k pre tax yearly (only 2 years at this salary) and just paid off all my medical debt, which was substantial (united health care denials). So I'm kind of starting back at square one. I have $10k in savings right now. I'm slated for a $15k raise by the end of the year but I'll believe it when I see it lol

I'm 34 and don't really know how to set a solid, mature plan if I'm being honest. For now I'm just saving, but parking it in my bank account feels like a mistake. How do you capitalize on your savings/excess money?

Should I start thinking about different investment vehicles, or ideas I can use with my time?

I tend to meander, apologies.

Thanks for the help, I'm very clueless when it comes to money. Excited to learn more

Bank deposited money owed twice. Do I get to keep it?

So a friend transferred $120 but due to a bank’s processing issue this delayed the transfer. But today the issue got fixed, though as per the head, she said the employee transferred it twice accidentally. She asked for it back, the bank too called me like excessively from different landlines. Also, I transferred the money onto another account, now I got -120 in my bank account. Am I liable to return it?

How to start getting rich

I’m 17 and currently finishing high school, but all I think about is building a successful future for myself. I can’t see myself living an average life or wasting years doing nothing. I always want to improve, learn, and make progress.

A few years ago, I was doing reselling on Vinted and it worked pretty well, but now the platform has become really strict and most accounts selling high-demand brands get blocked fast.

Lately, I’ve been researching trading a lot, but I keep hearing mixed opinions. Some people say it’s basically gambling, while others say it can become profitable if you actually study it, stay disciplined, and treat it seriously.

I’m not looking for “get rich quick” methods. I’m ready to spend 1–2 years learning a skill or building something if it can put me in a strong financial position later. My goal is to earn way above average and create real freedom for myself.

I know nothing comes easy, but I’m fully motivated and willing to outwork most people my age. I just want to focus my energy on something that’s actually worth it. If anyone has real advice, skills, or business ideas I should look into, let me know.
