[Discussion] How to build trust with writer as a printing company

Hi guys, I am Will, a person who works in the printing industry. I am thinking about how to build trust with the author. Especially as a supplier in China, the only way to communicate is by email or message sent on social media, at best, a video meeting.

Even though we do have the latest printing machine and a well-experienced export and logistics team, also benefit from an efficient supply chain we can offer a very attractive price. Most of time I won't get a reply after I send cold mail. I understand that it is caused by the distance and worry about scams.

So anyone have some advice? Or as an author, what is the most important point when you are considering a printing factory?
