A few weeks ago I reported a patient parents who said her parents beat her and raped her. However when I went to my supervisor about what to do his response was “well she’s extremely schizophrenic and paranoid so she’s probably making it up”. Honestly I don’t give a shit if they’re paranoid. If they say it happened then I have to report it no ifs and butts. I decided to report it anyways. However I kept getting transferred to different lines when I contacted the police and having to reexplain my situation to about 15 different people until someone was finally able to take the report down.

Which leads me to two questions.

1. why would my supervisor have this reaction
2. why are local police departments and other agencies so ill equipped for this kind of thing?

Yikes! Is it that hard to have updated gear? Also why can’t we fully customize certain shoes like the trout 7s? Also pitch coms/bands for catchers wrists would be nice too.

Whenever I come on this app I always see doomer posts about things like "I'm done with this season" OR "I'm so tired of being a miserable fan".

Which leads to my question - what exactly did you expect going into this season? Based off some of these posts, you'd think we were expected to win 100+ games and were world series favorites. Pre season this team was 250-1 to win the WS. All the way at the bottom of the league.

I think the frustrations with this franchise are quite reasonable. However until Arte sells the team, or there are MAJOR upgrades in pitching nothing will change.

I personally had quite low expectations for this team. Haven't really had post season expectations since maybe 2019. Which leads me to wonder where some of you had these extremely high expectations for this season.
