Translation option keeps disappearing on only one of my X accounts
I’m trying to figure out if anyone else has run into this.
On my main X account, the post translation option just doesn’t show up anymore. The strange part is that it’s only this one account. If I use another account on the same phone, same browser, same IP, and same language settings, translation shows up normally.
I tried reinstalling the X app, clearing things out, changing language settings, and logging out and back in. After logging back in, the translation option briefly comes back, but as soon as I refresh, it disappears again.
So it doesn’t feel like a device, IP, region, app cache, or language issue. It feels like something account-specific, maybe some setting or experiment flag on X’s side getting stuck.
Has anyone seen this before, or found a way to make X refresh whatever controls translation availability for an account?
