New to calisthenics

17M
I'm a pretty active person, and I've practiced basic calisthenics over the years. Pull-ups, push-ups, etc. I also do rock climbing. I've decided to practice learning more skills and getting deeper into the calisthenics culture.

I'm having trouble finding a starting point and building an actual routine towards learning skills and building muscle for an aesthetic physique. One that I can actually be proud of. I've done muscle-ups a few times, but I'm focusing on L-sits right now, and it's really hard. I can hold it for 2-3 seconds until my thighs cramp up. I also want to learn to hold a decent handstand so I can learn skills like the HSPU, which I recognize will take a considerable amount of time. I know it's not easy. I built somewhat of a routine, which I'll attach to the post.

I didn't put anything under "Static day" because I'm not really sure what I should focus on. Should I be practicing the L-sit and handstand at the same time? Or should I master the L-sit first? I want to progress to harder skills like the front and back lever or the planche, so should I also be practicing progressions for those + the beginner skills? I'm just a bit confused of how to spread out my practice.

Any recommendations toward progressing? No hate pls, just want guidance 🙏

Edit: I wanted to mention that I attached the video where I got some of the information for the stuff in my notes app. If anyone wants to see it 🤷
