Please suggest some good gated societies for 2 Bhk in 35k budget near Ardee city/sec-52/43/45...

Hi, I've started freelancing recently in a high paying domain and I'm expecting to cross >30L a year. The income is through a foreign company, and I generally receive the funds through stripe in my personal hdfc savings account. My concern is, do I need to register for gst? I don't want to take so much headache, what if I don't take gst and fill ITR normally for this income.

Please someone give jugaad advice so that I don't get any penalty in future and manages the taxation well.
