Anybody here ordered accessories recently from Velotric? How fast was the shipping?

I am in Canada and I have been waiting on my dealer getting stock of the accessories like my Summit 2 rear rack for months now, they say Velotric has been backed up on delivering them. I am tempted to just order from the US since I have an upcoming trip, but worried that may be delayed too.

Anyone who owns the Brooklyn straw bag (Maple in particular) that could speak to how it’s holding up after regular use? Ordered this one and love the look, but worried if it would last!
