My pie button keeps disappearing to fast to be able to click anything? How to fix please.

I don’t think it’s a hardware issue, I just updated to windows 11 and all the drivers are updated as well. The sims 4 runs smoothly with no issues with touchpad or keyboard.

So I just downloaded sims2 legacy last night everything is running and clicking except for the pie menu. I clicked and it disappears. I have the sims4 and that works fine. Any fixes?
