Hi folks.

I have an Acer one 10 since 2016, and I am using it for editing a social service paper; but the last time I used it it had an error, changed the resolution and then I had no battery. Today I needed to charge it but the charge LED does not turn red and it seems that is still running with very low battery when I turn it up for checking the battery level.

What should I do? It is a software or a hardware problem?

Another thing is that the last time I charged it, a 5 Mexican peso coin was stuck in the laptop conversion port, so it is possible that the magnetism affected it.

Please help me. I am pendant for answers.
