Is Capcut down for anyone else? I am getting the interface is being loaded error message.

The AI algorithm found my audience and then overnight, it changed it to an entirely different age group which had zero engagement and the videos failed for a few days. Now YT wont show the videos to the original audience and every views has zero views, not one view. Has anyone had this happen? I assume it will just keep happening and they will just keep testing new audiences when it was already working.
