Clothing help please!

So, I am off to a gathering at a Church and it's meant to be 27 degrees this weekend and it's hit me that I have absolutely nothing suitable to wear. I'm in maintenance and around a size 8-10 from what I can tell. I have loose skin on my arms - very noticeable on my upper arms, there is some on my lower arms too but the bits on my lower arms mostly just below my elbow area, and that doesn't bother me as much. I also have a lot of loose skin in my armpit area too. As a result I absolutely will not wear anything that is sleeveless. It's not a wedding so I don't need to be overly smartly dressed, I could get away with jeans or cropped trousers and a top as long as it's something a bit smarter than my bog standard t shirts that I've been living in on the odd times when it's warm enough to not need a jumper!

Any suggestions on somewhere to order something suitable from that can deliver by Friday? It's so long since I bought new clothes like this and I have looked at a few websites but I'm not finding anything that I like that cover up my arms and would be ok in that heat...

Save a whopping 20% at SheMed and HeMed - can order any dose now

DM for a code to save 20% at SheMed or HeMed. Maximum cost is £255.20 and this includes a free blood test and free delivery, so just need to allow a bit longer for the order to come through because they do insist on the blood test first. But it's worth it for that level of discount!

Looking for 3 people who haven't used Med Express yet.

Please message me if you have a BMI 25+ and haven't used Med Express yet. You could be already on your journey, or looking to start as a new patient as Med Express let people start off label at BMI 25+.

I have a code that can save you £50 off your first order and it would really help me out if I can find 3 people to use my code in the next couple of weeks. It can be used for Mounjaro or Wegovy.

to eat or not to eat?

I was just talking to someone just on another platform. They started on 2.5mg MJ on Tuesday this week, and they are going out tomorrow for a late breakfast as part of a full day out. They looked at the menu and like the look of what they said is 4 American style fluffy pancakes with streaky bacon and maple syrup and have asked whether it would make them ill if they ate that.

I've been on MJ for 2 years, but I've never eaten breakfast anyhow, and I've never got my head around the notion of bacon with maple syrup anyhow, so it's not something I can say I have done trial and error on as I would never have wanted to eat that combo!

I said I would ask here for them, as they don't use Reddit. Any thoughts? From what I gather, aside from the pancakes there aren't any healthy options, it's fry up, or a bacon bap or a sausage bap or a bacon and sausage bap, or an egg bap but they have eaten eggs for the last 2 days already!

EDF have increased their new customer credit to £75

Since I moved over to EDF, they have now increased their new customer credit, from. £50 to £75 until mid July.

I was on IOG, but with the impending enforcement of the 6 hours smart charging cap, we have jumped ship to EDF. Within 2 days of our switch day, they had us up and running on the Go electric tariff. It's 7 hours over night compared to IOG's 6 hours, and it's fixed for 12 months at a cheap rate of 6.99p. They will pay us a £5 per month credit as a thank you for smart charging our car, and there are no limits on how long we are allowed to smart charge per day. There is also the potential for up to 16 hours of free electricity on Sundays. All in all it felt like a no brainer to us, especially as we granny charge our compatible car as we don't have a wall charger :). If you have solar, they have a 12 month fixed tariff for export at 15p. If anyone would like a link to jump to EDF, please let me know :)
