Crush on coworker but she avoids me?
Have a hunch about this situation but if anyone has advice that would be much appreciated lol
Me and this girl at work exchange a lot of looks at work, like i always catch her looking at me or me to her but whenever I'm around her she seems incredibly avoidant.
Its honestly gone on for months, our workplace is big enough we can go a while without bumping into each other. We've had normal conversations but its all been small talk or work related, aside from a couple recent convos where she was more smiley and we joked a bit.
Otherwise she's kept her head down when we've passed in corridors, turned the other way when near me, actively walked away from me in break after I've said hello, etc.
But then we have this constant eye contact where I've caught her staring at me like anytime im near her, when I notice she doesnt smile or anything we just stare until one of us looks away
Its hard to tell if shes just being cold on purpose or not but i was thinking of just asking her out for a drink, just feels so mixed messagey. Ive been a bit shy myself around her aswell tbf but ive been trying to be around her more after i realised that will get me nowhere lol
Have a huge crush on her I just dont wanna read it wrong lol
