Anyone here with GAD/social or performance anxiety on Zoloft?

I’m currently on 100mg sertraline. It has helped somewhat, but I still get a heavy chest feeling and mild residual anxiety at times. Bigger meetings, presentations, and stage speaking are still tough, and I occasionally use Xanax for those situations.

Has anyone in a similar boat gone higher than 100mg for anxiety? Did it help? Or did adding something else work better for you?
