Hey everyone,

I’ve been working as a Desktop Support Engineer and I’m starting to think about my next steps. I’d like to know:

• What certifications are most valuable for someone in desktop support who wants to grow their career?
• What positions typically come after desktop support (e.g., system admin, network admin, helpdesk manager, etc.)?
• Are there good pathways into remote/WFH roles from this background?

I’m looking to expand my skills and eventually land a work-from-home job, so any advice, personal experiences, or resources would be super helpful.
