I'm struggling to get the app to open and when it goes I keep on getting error messages. Is this happening to anyone else or just me?

There are only 2 weeks left of school and I need to speak to her because I'll probably never see her again. I messaged her yesterday saying happy birthday and she replied with "thank u 😁" so that's good I guess considering I don't speak to her in school really. We have afew common interests and exams I could speak about but I don't know how to go about it. I also think there's never a good time to speak and idk what to do.
