how do i treat my sebaceous filaments without disrupting my skin barrier?

hello,
I have acne-prone, oily skin. I constantly have a problem with excess sebum, which also leads to sebaceous filaments.

Recently, I started using a 2% BHA toner like 2 times a week alongside my CeraVe Blemish Control Cleanser (both have SA), and I do notice the sebaceous filaments DO get way less visible the day after I use the 2% BHA toner. The thing is when I use it, my face looks VERY shiny and feels tight, which apparently means my face is over-exfoliating.

But how do I get rid of sebaceous filaments without over-cleansing if the SA cleanser is not enough?

I’ve also tried using a cleanser without SA with the BHA toner, but the same thing happened + my acne got worse :((

(also during the day even when i use my GEL moisturizer that everyone recommended for oily skin my face feels tight at places but its not really dry it actually gets oily, when i use an spf it doesnt feel toght BUT my face starts looking greasy idk what to do😔)

any advice appreciated :)
