hi. im doing myp 4 and i am mentally disabled and therefore have a super hard time studying for tests. l&l went okay yesterday but i have history tomorrow and i am so cooooked because the more pressure im put under the less motivation i have. i havent started revising yet and ive been scaring myself shitless for e assessments since the start of april and have had numerous panic attacks because of it. i js want to be done with them dawg so advice is strongly appreciated. thank you
