Just finished! Now what?
I just completed the Spanish course, and I really want to keep learning. I love the format of Pimsleur. Is there anything similar that will let me keep expanding vocabulary and speaking practice?

I thrifted 4 of these chairs and don't know much about them but was told they are MCM. I would love to spruce them up and give them new life. The wood underneath has cracks although they still seem sturdy. Is that typical for these chairs? I'm just looking for any information or tips for cleaning and fixing up. Thank you!!
This rug was won in an estate sale auction with a few other items. It's heavily stained but looks like it would be beautiful if it was cleaned properly. It has a tag saying HK blend and has been professionally cleaned in the past so seems like nice quality. I don't have the money to get it professionally cleaned, but I don't want to damage it. If anyone could help with identification or cleaning suggestions, I'd really appreciate it!
He just walked right in. God bless.
Just tried to get gas, but it's blocked off by tons of cop cars, and at least 20 people are standing in the grass.
I have a lot of very old documents that I am looking to upload to my computer, but since they are so fragile, I'm not sure the best way to do it. I was looking at getting a book scanner so I don't have to enclose these 100-200 year old papers in a regular scanner, but I was hoping to get a professional opinion before I spend money I don't really have. I've attached a couple of photos for reference. I have hundreds of papers going back to the early 1800's. I greatly appreciate any tips or insight!
I was sent here from r/foundphotos. Added a few extra NYC photos as well, so I hope that's okay. The year listed on the slides is 1971. Hope you enjoy!
Found some old slides of NYC. Would love to know what building image #4 was taken from if anyone knows!
Estate sale find. Land deeds dating all the way back before the Civil War!
I did the 1 month free trial of Super Duolingo. It ends tomorrow, and I've been trying to cancel it all day. When I go to subscriptions, it will not allow me to cancel. Is this a scam? I emailed customer service, but is there a phone number?
